Bothwell Regional and Health Cooperative of Missouri - Bothwell's Tier 1 Networks

If you are enrolled in the Premier Access Standard Plan/Copay 1 Plan or the Premier Access Premium Plan/Copay 2 Plan, your Tier 1 medical networks are Bothwell Health Center and Health Cooperative of Missouri. Search for Providers in the Bothwell Regional Health Center Domestic Network

2. Select Open Access III from the Network drown menu

3. Select Provider Category and Type, Location and Optional Search Criteria

4. Complete the CAPTCHA requirement and click Submit

2. Select Freedom Network Select from the "Choose Network" section

3. Enter Location and Provider Details

4. Click "Search"

Cigna - Bothwell's PPO and HSA Plans' Network

Your medical network is Cigna if you are enrolled in the Cigna PPO Plan or Cigna HSA Plan.

1. Enter zip code and then click “Doctor by Type” and choose from the drop-down.

2. When it asks you to login, click "Continue as Guest".

3. On the next screen, click "Continue".

4. Then choose PPO, Choice Fund PPO.

First Health - Bothwell's Medical Travel Network

Your medical travel network is First Health for members enrolled in the Premier Access Standard Plan/Copay 1 Plan and Premier Access Premium Plan/Copay 2 Plan.
